The more scientists learn about male pattern baldness, the clearer it becomes that genetics are one of the main contributors to hair loss. Some of us are genetically predisposed to start thinning in our 20’s, some of us in our 40’s, and some of us never at all. Past continuous tense is used to show an action which continued for some times in the past. Sometimes, it is used to show that one action continued when a second action began in the past.
